Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to join our team in the Fort Myers, FL metro area schools. This is a full-time, on-site contract opportunity supporting students with communication disorders and language-based learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges

Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain thorough documentation

Support compliance with state and district guidelines
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active SLP-CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)

Florida state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)

Previous experience in school settings preferred

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
