A growing charter school network serving multiple cities from Chicago to North Chicago is seeking a full-time, bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services. This is a contract position located in Arlington Heights, IL, ideal for a passionate professional dedicated to supporting students' speech and language development in an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure effective intervention and student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress regularly.
- Deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate services in Spanish and English to meet diverse student needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively serve bilingual students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, families, and staff.
- Commitment to student-centered collaborative approaches.
- Ability to work on-site in Arlington Heights, IL, with occasional travel to other locations within the school network as needed.
