A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, starting ASAP through May 2026. This role supports elementary to junior high students within a special education cooperative in Grundy County, IL, serving three schools located in Morris and Minooka.

Location:

  • Morris, IL (1 school with 20 students)
  • Minooka, IL (2 schools with 8 and 7 students respectively)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to students primarily on the autism spectrum
  • Manage a caseload distributed across three school sites
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement effective communication interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting

Qualifications:

  • Current Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working as an SLP in school settings required
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and provide individualized support
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Work Schedule:

  • Full time, approximately 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week during the school year
