An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support K-12 students in a school setting in Napa, CA. This contract position offers a comprehensive school year (CSY) duration with an ASAP start date, ideal for dedicated professionals eager to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments tailored to individual student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention techniques
- Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Location: Napa, California – serving K-12 school population
This position provides the opportunity to work full-time within a structured school calendar, contributing to the communication success of students throughout the academic year. Immediate availability is preferred to meet the school’s urgent needs.
