Position Details

Location: Muskegon, MI (specific schools shared during interview)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full 2025–2026 school year

Caseload: Elementary students

Services include public and district-supported non-public schools

Pay Range: $38–$50 per hour
Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy tailored to elementary students’ needs

Collaborate with teachers, families, and specialists to support communication goals
-
Develop and implement IEPs reflecting student strengths and challenges
-
Maintain progress data and documentation per district and state guidelines
-
Participate in team meetings and offer guidance on communication strategies
Who We’re Looking For

Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
-
Experience with elementary-aged students preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
