About the Opportunity
We are actively seeking highly experienced, dedicated, and fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for two critical full-time, in-person contract openings for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year in the Murrieta, California area. These positions require seasoned professionals to provide direct, impactful services within our elementary and middle school settings. Please note: At this time, we are exclusively seeking licensed SLPs with their CCC-SLP and strong school-based experience; we are not considering SLPAs for these roles.
Available Positions:

Full Semester Elementary School SLP
- Caseload: Elementary school students (specific grades and needs to be discussed during the interview).
- Term: Full Fall Semester of the 2025-2026 school year.
- Focus: Providing comprehensive speech and language services, including assessments, therapy, and IEP management, for elementary-aged students.

Short-Term Middle School SLP
- Caseload: Middle school students (specific grades and needs to be discussed during the interview).
- Term: August 7, 2025, through early October 2025.
- Focus: Ensuring essential continuity of services and support for middle school students during a crucial transitional period.
Key Responsibilities (for both positions):
- Provide direct, in-person speech and language therapy services to students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct thorough assessments, interpret evaluation results, and write comprehensive reports.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans addressing a wide range of communication disorders (e.g., articulation, phonology, receptive/expressive language, fluency, voice, social communication).
- Collaborate effectively and consistently with general and special education teachers, parents, school administrators, and other multidisciplinary team members to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation for all services rendered, adhering to California Department of Education and district guidelines.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing expert clinical insights and recommendations.
- Adapt therapy strategies, materials, and environments to suit diverse student needs and learning styles.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License from the Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board in the state of California is REQUIRED.
- A California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential is also typically required for school-based positions in CA.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is REQUIRED.
- Significant and strong school-based experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to commit to the full contract term for the respective position.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- A strong commitment to fostering inclusive educational environments and empowering students.
- Reliable transportation is essential for consistent onsite work.
