What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Either the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) in progress
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Delivering engaging therapy sessions targeting speech, language, articulation, and social communication needs
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintaining thorough, compliant documentation and participating in IEP meetings
- Staying current with professional best practices
