Travel School Speech Language Pathologist - Mount Carmel, Illinois
This temporary Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) opportunity is perfect for an experienced professional seeking a short-term assignment in Mount Carmel, IL. You will provide essential speech therapy services during a maternity leave, supporting a diverse group of approximately 40 students primarily in grades 3-6, with some middle and high school students included. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering individualized speech-language therapy to students in a school environment
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to support student communication goals
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participating in team meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a valid CCC credential
- Prior school-based therapy experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage a caseload spanning elementary through high school levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Schedule and Location:
- Onsite in Mount Carmel, IL
- Temporary assignment from May 4 to May 27
- 3 days per week (flexible choice of any 3 days)
- Daily hours: 7:40 AM to 3:10 PM
