Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time SLP to support K-12 students by combining caseloads across two schools. This backfill role offers flexibility with the option for some virtual work. The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based therapy, familiarity with standardized assessments, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with educators and support staff.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active state SLP licensure (MN)

Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred

Strong understanding of Special Education processes and school-based assessment
Compensation & Support
$60–68/hour DOE (average ~$64/hour, depending on years of experience) for onsite roles; lower for virtual work
Support with onboarding and ongoing recruiter assistance
