Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Maternity Leave Coverage

Position Overview:
The Moses Lake School District is seeking three onsite Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide temporary coverage for maternity leaves during the 2025–2026 school year. These are full-time, onsite roles with full caseloads at school sites within the district. Candidates must be able to provide direct services, complete evaluations, and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
Assignment Details:

2 Positions: November 2025 – April 2026

1 Position: January 2026 – June 2026 (End of School Year)
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language services in accordance with students’ IEPs

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Develop treatment plans and document student progress

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with staff and families

Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid Washington State SLP License
-
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required or in process
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Strong organizational and communication skills
