ProCare Therapy is actively recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists to serve students in Washington schools for the 2025–2026 school year. Role Snapshot

Start Date: August 2025

Hours: Full-time, approximately 37.5 per week

Environment: Onsite in public and charter school settings

Grade Levels: PreK through high school (assignments aligned with license and background)

Employment Structure: W2 contract through ProCare Therapy
Responsibilities

Administer assessments and evaluate students’ speech and language needs
-
Develop individualized treatment and intervention plans
-
Provide direct and consultative therapy services
-
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure progress

Follow Washington OSPI and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Washington SLP license (CF candidates welcome)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Previous school-based experience strongly valued

Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
