Travel School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Morton, Pennsylvania
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a travel position serving a diverse group of students in a dynamic Early Intervention program. The role requires flexibility to provide services across multiple communities including Upper Darby, Darby, Collingdale, Sharon Hill, Glenolden, Lansdowne, Ridley Park, Yeadon, Clifton Heights, Aston, Broomall, and Philadelphia areas.
Location: Travel position based out of Morton, PA, with service zones primarily in the surrounding communities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language pathology services to students in Early Intervention.
- Collaborate with a team of SLPs to manage caseloads efficiently.
- Maintain flexibility to serve students across multiple zones within the assigned area.
- Document and report progress in compliance with program guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care with educators and families.
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- Pennsylvania Department of Education Certification or Emergency Certification accepted.
- Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school-based settings, especially Early Intervention, is highly desirable.
- Strong adaptability and communication skills to manage varying service locations.
- Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday) preferred; part-time candidates (minimum two days per week) will be considered.
Hours: 35 hours per week with an option for part-time candidates working at least two days weekly.
