Requirements:

Must meet all Pennsylvania state and local requirements for Speech Language Pathologists

Current state licensure/certification required

Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting special education students and families
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication needs
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote student success
-
Monitor and document student progress while maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines
-
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
-
Support inclusive education practices and early intervention strategies
