School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Morton Grove, Illinois

Opportunities available:
- Lake in the Hills: Work with 16 students, approximately 15 hours per week.
- Morton Grove: Provide services to 9 students for 5–7 hours per week.
- Oak Lawn: Serve 29 students, about 15–20 hours per week.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for helping students achieve their communication and academic goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in accordance with IEPs
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to promote students’ success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as required
