What we’re seeking:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and document progress
- Compassionate, adaptable, and collaborative attitude
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district guidelines
- Engage in IEP meetings, providing input and progress updates
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive therapy environment for all students
Assignment details:
- Lake in the Hills: Serve 16 students, 15 hours per week
- Morton Grove: Support 9 students, 5-7 hours per week
