A 32.5-hour per week contract position is available for a fully licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage at an elementary school in Hamburg, NJ. This opportunity serves students in grades Pre-K through 8 and is scheduled to begin as soon as possible, continuing through May 29, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to Pre-K through 8th grade students
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress according to state guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all licensure and district requirements during service delivery
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must hold full licensure as an SLP (no Clinical Fellows or SLP Assistants)
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently
- Familiarity with state-specific licensure requirements and educational regulations
Location: Hamburg, NJ – Warren County (Note: Office is located in Oxford, NJ, but services are delivered at the Hamburg school.)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:50 AM to 3:05 PM (32.5 hours per week)
