Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Assignment Dates: 2025–2026 School Year (Starting September 3, 2025)
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week — student in-person days only
Location: Morgan Hill, WA (Onsite only)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services for the 2025–2026 academic year. The SLP will serve elementary and middle school students with a caseload averaging around 55 students. This role includes therapy, evaluations, IEP development, documentation, and collaborative team participation.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services per student IEPs

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

  • Develop individualized goals and intervention plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

  • Participate in IEP meetings, case management, and team discussions

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student progress

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington state SLP license

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

  • Experience with school-aged children, ideally in a school setting

  • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
