Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hybrid Position

Caseload: K-12 Students
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid school-based role in Moreno, CA. This position combines onsite and virtual work, allowing you to provide comprehensive services to a diverse student population.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time (35-37.5 hours per week).
- Onsite: 2-3 days per week for direct therapy services.
- Virtual: Remote work for indirect services on remaining days.
- Caseload: K-12 students (caseload specifics provided upon interview).
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services onsite.
- Offer virtual support for indirect services, including consultation, planning, and documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success.
- Develop, update, and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborative planning as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure and certification as an SLP.
- Previous school experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid format.
