Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a collaborative K-12 school team near Mora, MN. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' academic and social development by helping them improve communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students

Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students

Work on improving articulation, fluency, language, and voice disorders

Keep accurate records of therapy sessions, assessments, and student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success

Participate in IEP meetings to contribute to goal-setting and planning
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Minnesota SLP license or eligibility to obtain one

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Experience in a school-based setting or with children

Knowledge of IEP development and the special education process
