Key qualifications:
- Active North Carolina speech-language pathology license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Prior experience with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite during contract hours
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to assigned students
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as school policies
- Provide timely and thorough documentation of services and assessments
