An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide school-based services in a K-12 setting located in Concord, North Carolina. This full-time contract position spans the current school year through May 28, 2026, offering 37.5 hours per week with a focus on supporting students’ communication development across diverse grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language impairments
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough documentation and comply with regulatory requirements, including the use of ECATS for tracking student progress
  • Participate in professional development and actively contribute to school initiatives that promote student success

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active and valid North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working as a school-based SLP within K-12 educational settings
  • Proficiency with ECATS or similar educational tracking systems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
