Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for students with speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with regulatory requirements, including the use of ECATS for tracking student progress
- Participate in professional development and actively contribute to school initiatives that promote student success
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and valid North Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working as a school-based SLP within K-12 educational settings
- Proficiency with ECATS or similar educational tracking systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
