Position Overview:
A school district near Monument, CO is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their collaborative special education team. This role offers a great opportunity to support K-12 students in achieving their communication and academic goals in a positive and supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels

Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine student needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Address articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders

Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports

Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active or eligible Colorado SLP license
-
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Strong communication and time-management skills
-
School-based experience is a plus, but not required
