Virtual SLP needed in Montross, VA
Virtual/Remote SLP – Virginia (VOCO Model)
Schedule: Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week
Caseload: 53 students | Elementary, Self-Contained
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative team providing virtual services to self-contained elementary students in Virginia. This VOCO model position allows SLPs to manage a large, diverse caseload while supporting students with a variety of communication needs.
Position Highlights:

Manage a caseload of 53 elementary students in a self-contained setting

Work closely with a team of two other SLPs to plan therapy, track progress, and maintain consistency across caseloads

Provide therapy for students using low- and high-tech AAC devices, including LAMP and Proloquo2Go (AAC experience is required)

Participate in IEP development, progress reporting, and student goal tracking

Complete Medicaid billing for therapy services

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within VirginiaIEP
Qualifications:

Active Virginia SLP license
-
Experience working with AAC devices and self-contained elementary students

Prior school-based, virtual, or VOCO experience preferred

Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
