Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Alabama SLP license
• ASHA certification preferred
• Prior experience in school-based settings
Typical Duties:
• Assess and diagnose communication disorders in elementary students
• Implement individualized therapy programs
• Provide therapy individually and in small groups
• Attend IEP meetings and document progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
