Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dynamic team in Montgomery, AL for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, school-based position will support students in elementary or middle school with speech and language needs, providing a range of evaluations and services.
Responsibilities include:

Conducting speech and language evaluations to assess students’ communication needs

Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
-
Providing direct therapy services to students based on IEP goals
-
Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure students’ success
-
Writing progress reports and maintaining accurate records
-
Participating in IEP meetings and supporting students with speech/language challenges in the classroom
Requirements:
-
Active Alabama State Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligibility for licensure)

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
-
Experience working in school-based settings (elementary or middle school level)

Strong skills in evaluations, therapy, and IEP development

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for supporting students in a school environment
