ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and caring Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a local school in Blanding, Utah. This part-time position offers a consistent two-day-per-week schedule and a focused caseload of middle and high school students.
It’s a great fit for clinicians who want to make a real impact — without a full-time commitment.
? The Role:
As the SLP or SLPA, you’ll support students in grades 7–12, helping them navigate challenges in communication, social interaction, language development, and more. You’ll work directly with students, educators, and families to foster growth, independence, and confidence in every learner.
? Key Responsibilities:

Provide therapy aligned with IEP goals and state/district standards

Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings as needed

Document services and student progress with accuracy and timeliness

Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and families to support student needs

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized goal-setting

Offer both direct and consultative services across the school setting
? Qualifications:

Valid Utah SLP license or SLPA certification

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) or related degree for SLPA

Experience in school settings preferred (especially with secondary students)

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently with remote support from ProCare if needed
