Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech/language disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with district/state guidelines
- Participate in professional development and team-building activities
