SLP Opportunity Monterey, CA 47 Student Caseload
Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services in Monterey, CA. This assignment is 37.5 hours per week and involves a split caseload: half elementary school, half preschool, with approximately 47 students.
Key Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to preschool and elementary students

Conduct evaluations, write IEPs, and manage case documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff

Offer direct and indirect therapy services tailored to student needs

Maintain compliance with state and federal special education regulations
Qualifications

Active California SLP license (required)
-
CCC-SLP preferred; CFs may be considered with supervision

Experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
Compensation for this position ranges from $60 to $75 per hour. We pay for direct and indirect services. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
