ProCare Therapy is excited to offer a rewarding full-time position for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to join a welcoming and highly supportive elementary school district in the beautiful city of Monterey, California. This role guarantees 37.5 hours per week, with an immediate start available and contracts extending through June 6, 2026. Flexible shorter contracts will also be considered to accommodate your personal and professional preferences.

What You Will Do
As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in this school-based setting, your responsibilities include:

Conducting thorough speech and language evaluations and assessments, utilizing a range of diagnostic tools to identify student needs accurately

Writing detailed and compliant Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals and objectives tailored to student progress

Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, targeting articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication skills

Collecting and analyzing student progress data to continually refine therapy approaches and maximize outcomes

Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate communication goals across educational settings

Participating actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions, advocating for your students’ communication needs and rights

Maintaining meticulous, timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements

Contributing positively to a professional, collaborative, and supportive work environment
Who Should Apply?

A valid California Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification
