Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Montclair, NJ
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a travel assignment in Montclair, NJ, starting ASAP through the end of the school year. This opportunity involves working with PreK and Middle School students, providing a caseload of approximately 30 students. The workweek is 37.5 hours.
Responsibilities include delivering individualized therapy services, conducting assessments, and maintaining detailed documentation. The SLP will serve either a mixed caseload or have the flexibility to focus exclusively on either PreK or Middle School groups. When specializing in one age group, there is a requirement to complete compensatory services to support students’ ongoing progress.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid SLP certification (CCC or CFY)
- Experience working in school settings with PreK and/or Middle School age groups
- Ability to manage a caseload of about 30 students
- Strong communication and organizational skills
