Join our team as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and help students build vital communication skills across a wide age range. Located in Monroe, Michigan, this full-time, onsite role supports students from Kindergarten through age 20, with manageable caseloads and the potential for contract renewal. Multiple openings are available for the upcoming school year.
Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP License
- Active ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply
- Strong background in speech and language interventions across varied age groups
- Must be able to work onsite; SLPA applicants will not be considered
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time | 35 hours per week
- Contract Term: Full 2025–2026 School Year
- Caseload: Up to 55–60 students (K–20 population)
- Multiple openings available
- Strong likelihood of contract renewal
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with educational staff and families
- Complete documentation and progress reports to ensure compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative intervention strategies
- Work with students across multiple grade levels and educational settings
