Licensed SLP Needed | School-Based Contract Opportunity
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple full-time openings across school districts for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. These positions offer the opportunity to work within dynamic educational settings, providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across a range of ages and needs.
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about supporting student communication, academic success, and social development through individualized and evidence-based interventions.
Position Summary

Type: Full-Time, Contract (No part-time or PRN roles available)

Start Date: August 12, 2025

End Date: May 29, 2026

Setting: School-based (elementary, middle, and/or high school populations)

Caseload: Determined based on clinical experience, skillset, and personal preferences
Primary Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to determine students’ needs in accordance with IDEA and local policies
-
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative therapy services aligned with evidence-based practices
-
Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust interventions accordingly
-
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special educators, occupational therapists, psychologists, and general education staff

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to legally compliant documentation

Provide support and education to families and caregivers to enhance generalization of skills
Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to assignment start

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered

School-based experience preferred, including familiarity with IEP systems and special education frameworks

Full-time availability for the entirety of the 2025–2026 school year

Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach to service delivery
