Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current registration with the Alabama Board of Speech Examiners
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Understanding of diverse speech and language disorders and treatment modalities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to work onsite across multiple schools within close proximity
Additional Information:
- This is a travel assignment based in Mobile, Alabama, within a cluster of schools including Forrest Hill Elementary and nearby private institutions
- Candidates must be available for prescreen interviews, which will be scheduled between 9-11 a.m. or 2-3 p.m. EST with some flexibility
