Key responsibilities include delivering speech and language therapy to K-12 students, collaborating with school staff and families to develop individualized education plans, and maintaining thorough documentation in compliance with district requirements.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) is required.
- Registration with the Board of Speech Examiners and eligibility for Alabama Department of Education licensure. Please note that pending licensure candidates are considered.
- Experience working with school-aged children across various grade levels.
- Ability to manage caseload and effectively communicate with educators, parents, and administrators.
- Flexibility to work across assigned schools within the local cluster.
This opportunity offers competitive pay in the range of $45 to $50 per hour, with consideration for candidates holding pending licensure.
