Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully virtual team supporting K–12 students throughout Alabama. This remote opportunity allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy services that foster students’ academic, social, and communication development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive virtual evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and goals

  • Provide engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions using secure online platforms

  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and compliance records

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience a plus
