Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) preferred
- Open to SLP Clinical Fellow Year (SLP-CFY) candidates
- Experience or training in pediatric and school-based settings
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms a plus
- SLPA candidates with school or healthcare experience also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students aged PreK-12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy, both in-person and virtually as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation on student performance and progress
- Provide guidance to SLPA staff, if applicable
