Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) / Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Assignment Duration: Immediate Start – End of School Year (EOSY)
Caseload: Elementary School – Approximately 87 students (may be shared with another SLP/SLPA)
Supervision: On-site supervising SLP available for SLPA

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated SLP or SLPA to support elementary-aged students with communication needs in a school-based environment. The provider will deliver direct therapy, assist with assessments, and support IEP-related services. This role offers strong on-site support, including supervision for SLPAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students based on IEP goals

  • Conduct screenings, progress monitoring, and assist with evaluations (scope varies depending on SLP vs. SLPA role)

  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs

  • Maintain accurate documentation, session notes, and progress reports

  • Participate in IEP meetings as appropriate

  • Work collaboratively if caseload is shared with another SLP or SLPA

Qualifications:
SLP:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active state licensure and required certifications

SLPA:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Active SLPA license

  • Ability to work under the supervision of an on-site SLP (supervision provided)
