Caseload: Kindergarten – 6th Grade

Help Students Thrive from Kindergarten Through Sixth Grade

ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a welcoming and supportive school district in Mishawaka, IN. This full-time role will serve students in grades K–6 throughout the 2025–2026 school year, providing direct therapy services and working collaboratively with educators and families to help students succeed.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Mishawaka, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full 2025–2026 School Year
Caseload: Kindergarten through 6th Grade

Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct speech-language therapy to students in K–6
Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and support staff
Maintain documentation and monitor student progress

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Indiana SLP license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
School-based experience or experience with elementary-aged children preferred
