A travel opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services within a school setting in Minneapolis, MN. This position is ideal for an SLP holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and licensure for school-based practice. The assignment will cover the current school year through June 5, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services directly to students
- Evaluate and assess students' communication needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with educational standards and regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary intervention strategies
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Ability to provide in-person therapy sessions and adapt approaches to diverse student needs
- Must be able to work independently and manage caseload effectively
- Note: This role does not support Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs)
