A full-time opportunity is available for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in a school setting located in Lakeville, MN. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through grade 12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations related to special education and speech-language services.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license required.
- Prior professional experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
