Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Saint Louis Park, MN
School-Based | Elementary Caseload

Qualifications:

  • SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state license

  • SLPA: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and active state SLPA license

  • Eligibility to work in a school-based setting

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • School-based or pediatric experience preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)

Pay:

  • Starting at $40+ per hour, based on role and experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to support an elementary school caseload in a school-based setting in Saint Louis Park, Minnesota. This role focuses on helping students develop communication skills needed for academic and social success.

Position Details:

  • School-based setting

  • Student Population: Elementary

  • Full-time schedule available (part-time considered based on need)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals

  • Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs

  • Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring (SLP only)

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation

  • Support carryover of communication strategies in the classroom
