Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Minneapolis, MN
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy has partnered with a supportive school district in Minneapolis, Minnesota to find a dedicated SLP. This position supports student communication development and academic success. Will consider Voco in 3 weeks if onsite placement is unavailable. $126/hour last year.
Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to students across K–12.

Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to support students’ communication needs.

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to ensure therapy aligns with classroom goals.

Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, goals, and therapy sessions in compliance with school and state requirements.

Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support generalization of skills.

Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications:

Active SLP license in Minnesota.

School-based experience preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
