Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Richfield, MN
Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy has partnered with a supportive school district in Richfield, Minnesota to find a dedicated SLP. This short-term position (6–8 weeks, may extend) allows you to provide therapy services to support student communication and academic skills.
Responsibilities:
- 
	Provide individual and group speech-language therapy services to students across K–12. 
- 
	Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to support students’ communication needs. 
- 
	Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other therapists to ensure therapy aligns with classroom goals. 
- 
	Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, goals, and therapy sessions in compliance with school and state requirements. 
- 
	Communicate regularly with families to provide updates and support generalization of skills. 
- 
	Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and recommendations to enhance student outcomes. 
Qualifications:
- 
	Active SLP license in Minnesota. 
- 
	School-based experience preferred. 
- 
	Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
- 
	Strong organizational and documentation skills. 
- 
	Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
