School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Fridley, MN
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a welcoming school district in Fridley, Minnesota. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll support students across an elementary school and a Setting IV program, with a manageable caseload of around 30 students.
In this role, you will:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students

Conduct evaluations, write IEPs, and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to ensure student success

Contribute to a supportive and student-focused school culture
Position Details:

Start: ASAP – Contract through June 10, 2026

Full-time schedule, onsite in Fridley, MN

Caseload: Approx. 30 students in one elementary school + Setting IV program
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Minnesota SLP license
-
Professional Educator Credential (Level 2, 3, or 4)

School-based experience preferred, but strong CFs are welcome to apply
