Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site school-based position. This role provides the opportunity to serve students in both an elementary building and a Setting IV program, supporting communication development and academic success in a collaborative environment.

Hours: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Assignment Dates: ASAP – June 10, 2026

Sites: One elementary school and one Setting IV program

Caseload: Approximately 30 students

Service Model: On-site only
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy in accordance with students’ IEP goals
-
Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation
-
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth

Participate in IEP meetings and school-based consultations
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active state Educator Credential required: Professional License – Level 2, 3, or 4

ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs considered

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills
