Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a teletherapy contract position. We are looking for a passionate SLP who is eager to provide exceptional services to students in need. This teletherapy position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while making a positive impact on the lives of students.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech and language therapy services through a secure teletherapy platform
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports
- Attend virtual meetings and conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Current Minnesota state SLP license or ability to obtain licensure
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Previous school-based experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
- Teletherapy experience is a plus but not required (training provided)
