Exciting School-Based SLP Opportunity – Fridley, MN
Are you ready to make a real difference in students’ lives? Soliant Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services for a supportive school district in Fridley, Minnesota.
This full-time position gives you the opportunity to work with students in both an elementary school and a Setting IV program, with a manageable caseload of about 30 students. You’ll join a collaborative team where your skills and compassion can help students thrive.
What You’ll Do:

Provide direct therapy and support to students with communication needs

Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and track progress

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure student success

Maintain accurate documentation in line with school requirements

Contract: ASAP – June 10, 2026

Schedule: Full-time, onsite role

Caseload: Elementary + Setting IV, approximately 30 students
What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Minnesota SLP license
-
Professional Educator Credential (Level 2, 3, or 4)

Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
