Exciting School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity – Fridley, MN
Are you passionate about helping students find their voice and succeed in school? Soliant Education is looking for a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a supportive school team in Fridley, Minnesota. This is a full-time, onsite position that runs through the 2025–2026 school year.
In this role, you’ll have the chance to work closely with students in both an elementary building and a specialized Setting IV program, managing a manageable caseload of around 30 students. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment where your expertise will make a real difference every day.
What You’ll Do:

Provide engaging speech and language therapy to elementary students

Conduct evaluations and track progress toward communication goals

Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Partner with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth

Contribute your skills to a welcoming, student-centered school community

What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Minnesota SLP license
-
Educator Credential: Professional License (Level 2, 3, or 4)

School-based experience preferred, but CFs with strong clinical backgrounds are welcome to apply
