Remote Bilingual SLP Contractor Serving Minnesota Schools
This contract opportunity is perfect for bilingual SLPs looking to provide remote services to linguistically diverse students across Minnesota. In this 1099 role, you’ll deliver culturally and linguistically appropriate evaluations and therapy for K–12 students in multilingual communities. Fluency in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, or other high-demand languages is a plus. Your expertise will help schools meet both clinical and legal standards for dual-language learners.
Duties:

Conduct speech-language evaluations for ELL and bilingual students.

Collaborate with interpreters and cultural liaisons in virtual sessions.

Provide therapy tailored to the language background of students.

Train educators on language difference vs. disorder.

Contribute to equitable eligibility determination processes.

Support IEP team decision-making with culturally informed recommendations.

Develop intervention strategies that promote bilingual development.

Create language-accessible resources for caregivers.

Maintain accurate bilingual service documentation.

Stay informed on federal and Minnesota ELL policies.

Lead virtual PD sessions on bilingual speech-language development.

VOCOVISION Requirements
· Must have a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
· Contractors must provide your their own liability insurance
· Comfortable being an independent contractor (1099)
· Home computer with high internet speed
· Passed basic tech screening
Interview Process:
