Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based
Location: Oregon (multiple school districts, including Portland, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and surrounding areas)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, School Year
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Oregon. In this role, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with communication disorders, working alongside educators and families to help every child reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
-
Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
-
Supervise SLPAs as needed
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current Oregon SLP license (or eligibility)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs welcome to apply

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
School-based experience preferred, but not required
