Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFs) Needed in Minnesota
Soliant is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district near Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students succeed academically and socially by supporting their speech and language development in a collaborative educational setting.

Position Type: Full-time (part-time applicants may be considered)

School Year: 2025–2026

Caseload: Elementary, middle, or high school (based on candidate preference and availability)

Start Date: August 2025
Key Responsibilities:
-
Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
-
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations
-
Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to develop and implement IEP goals
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success in both general and special education settings
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Active Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
-
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills
-
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
